In this episode we will explore the Corpus Christi Selena museum, Were yes she did record here final album their before her passing in 1995. Music: Mystic Musician: Jeff Kaale #travel #adventure #explore #selenaquintanilla
I went there a few years ago and and i met Suzette! She is so AMAZING! We took pictures together and shared stories about Selena. It was so beautiful!!!!
One of her English songs were recorded in Tennessee. From January 1995-March 1995 she was all over the country. Touring, photo shoots, meeting with press for her English crossover album. That purple outfit she wore that at a meeting with EMI record's. Its nice to see an updated version of the family museum ..because it didn't look that way a few years ago. Someone took pictures and shared on Instagram. People stole her baseball cap and another item from the museum . Which shouldn't have happened..😢. Its really impressive...
I went a few years back and was surprised when her dad popped out and did the tour. He played some of her recordings as a child for us in the recording studio and let us hang out in a private event room to ask questions. The pain in his eyes was still evident. Such a neat place and is a must for Selena fans.
Oh man your lucky, but I do feel bad for her dad, I can't imagine what it must feel like for a parent to lose there child so soon. Thanks for commenting.
it’s pretty cool to walk around thorough the building knowing the history behind the building. The gift shop used to be a little garment factory for Selena’s merch and clothing she sold in her boutique
The red car on display did belong to Selena. She loved driving that car. Another interesting thing is the purple carpet, which was said to be her favorite color. Also white roses were her favorite flower, which you see used in the museum. Great video!
I've always been confused regarding her favorite color. There is an interview where she actually says her favorite colors are red and black. So I'm wondering where the purple comes in.
I would like to go one day to see Selena museum with all the things that I’ve seen on RU-vid I even have the Selena movie on dvd 📀 I watch it every year I even play Selena’s music 🎶 from my iPhone through my table top jukebox with blue tooth 🦷
I don't understand restricting videos but not photos. Videos won't stop people from coming there if they're able to. I'll probably never get to Texas, so it's really nice to see the museum thru videos and photos. Selena was so talented and beautiful.
