You are very beautiful my dear and i appreciate your period routine i get heavy flows on the fourth day sometimes passing big size clots as well and used to have to change my pad at least 3 times within the hour due to heavy flow but i still have to use double protection two pads and a tampon i will get my period under control drinking lots of water and staying active during the day because i find that i bled more during the morning when i had to pee or at least when i had to pee at bedtime or just in general ive subscribed to your channel and would love to learn more about the honey pot pad and more remedies you can use to deal with our cycle.stay blessed queen.

No cramps, no heavy bleeding, no pain etc. since I had my son 5 years ago, my periods got slightly worse. Idk if it’s because my uterus was stretched out carrying this man but since i gave birth, my periods be whooping my ass 😂😂. The change up is so crazy. I’m like dang God what did I do?? 😂😂

Im 36 years old i just got my copper iud out on 8/1/24 my period just came yesterday im glad that im not dealing with birth control anymore my body doesnt like it 😢

I get sever sever cramps lower abdomen and back fever hot flashes chillis pee alot nauusea upset tummy low blood sugar restless legs smell smoke not there and symptoms start two weeks before im due any day and fed up and i haven't fully started lol 🤣 night sweats iv been bad since i was 11 im 33 got worse with age so yeah so over periods lol 🤣

When I first tried honey pot I loved it but when I went to change and the 2nd pad I felt like I was on fire I was really disappointed coz it did help with the cramps

I have a pain machine called livia to help with pain ill be grabbing after my bath lol been having cramps for 3 days now and spotting and now feelinh that more heavy feeling more pain ugh
