soooo what ive learned growing up in regarding taking care of our ph balances is that less is more!! all you really need is a non scented soap ($10) and thats it, too many products and yes even ones designed to “help with ph” can make things worse or irritated! Also wearing breathable pants and cotton underwear helps keep it balanced, and to not sit in wet clothing for too long :)
I just use a fragrance free bar soap for down there, no dye, clean ingredients. ALWAYS check the ingredients u are using for down there! The ingredients in the pH balancing products majority of the time are HORRIBLE, and that actually makes your PH worse. ALSO taking baths help ALOT, especially after your time of the month. I know that it's self cleaning but sometimes u gotta help bestie out lol. Baths really help, Especially after your time of the month to make sure everything is out.
For washing down there, you don’t need anything except non scented soap and water. Water to wash the inside and unscented soap for the vulva. Neverrrrr put soap inside!! Water is your best friend for that part. Azo cranberry pills work great for ph balance too. I would stay away from wipes and things like that. They aren’t necessary and will end up being a waste of money :)
I use the white dove bar soap. And have always used it since I was little. My mom went to the doctor once and they told her to only use that soap. Sometimes feminine soap doesn’t really work. To stay fresh all day I use fragrance free baby wipes and they have to be the sensitive once and they are a MUST when on my lady days
also before experimenting i’d do research because not only can it mess your ph balance but you can risk yourself from getting a yeast infection and that’s very risky so always be aware of certain products that can and can’t be used
This is my like routine after YEARS of experimenting. I have a fragrance free antibacterial soap to wash in the shower and I use an exfoliating glove on the outside to help avoid ingrown hairs. When I get out I use the pfb vanish roller ball I got mine on Amazon to also help with ingrown hairs and the Furr oil! And for overall help I take the uro vaginal health to help with ph balance and vaginal flora!
