I’ve had tennis elbow for two years and this is the first time I managed to get instant relief in 30 seconds wow I’m very impressed 😊 god bless you Dr Mandell
5 months in great pain. Steroid injection, PT, Chiropractor, braces, straps, creams...you get the picture. I stumble across this video and my pain went from 8/10 to a 1 over night. THANK you for this!!!
Oh my God this was an instant relief i have been suffering from last 4 months and this helped me instantly. God bless you Doctor you are truly an amazing person. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Prayers and best wishes
I've seriously just finished watching about 9 other tennis elbow exercise , massage, stretch, rubbing, friction videos, and most of them had cross overs with each other. Not one, had this. Not one, made an improvement like this one did, they only seemed to aggravate or at best, slight improvement. Can't believe they don't include this as well, even if it was on some of them. Wow.
This is the only video on RU-vid that identifies the root cause of tennis elbow.actually I was doing forearm exercise in a neutral grip position and my wrist got too much extended due to which initially I was having pain in my wrist but over a period of time it started moving upwards towards my elbow and thus started having pain in my tennis elbow.i tried this movement only once and I can co relate how it works as I can feel a bit less pain in elbow now.Thank you very much doctor.respect and love for you from mumbai,India.
I don't know why.. I did this and now I am in pain. Its been a week since I tried this and something seems to be wrong with my wrist and pinky finger. Now its difficult to even open up my hand completely. Not only did I not get any relief for my tennis elbow, but got a new problem with my hand now. Have to see a chiropractor now. May be this has worked for others but I totally regret trying this out.
There is absolutely no basis in reality that this would be of any benefit. Chronic lateral epicondylitis is characterized by microtears in the tendons that attach to the lateral epicondyle of the humerus. It requires a disciplined, multi-faceted protocol to treat, hoping that some simple pop of the wrist like this will take care of a really bad case of tennis elbow is ludicrous. Perhaps if you had a mild case, and stopped doing whatever repetitive activity you were doing that caused the pain, and you did this at the same time, you might think it helped but it is likely the cause and effect logical fallacy. But hey, as part of a stretching routine prior to doing viable therapy such as Flexbar Tyler twists, maybe add this to it, I don't think at least it would do any harm.
I tried this along w/you in the video & already feel much relief! I knew I’d find something that worked...I was not interested in a steroid injection 😳 Thank you for sharing! 😁
Can anybody let me know, how many times do we have to this exercise at a single session, how many sets, how many times per day & for how many days. Thanks.

Omg i have been suffering with this problem and keep giving massage to the pain area but not much improvement. This video had helped me to reduce the pain immediately. You are really great. Thanks a lot from badminton player, Malaysia.
You know what, after months of pain from tennis elbow, I just gave this a crack and I do think it helped straight away. I'll continue to try it over the coming week whenever I feel the pain and will report back. Thanks!
I feel nothing, although I looked fabulous in the process I'm sure. Still have the issue. :( Glad it works for most! I must have stronger bone joints. (Shrug)
There are many components to treating tennis elbow at home. One plan I discovered that succeeds in merging these is the Freds Elbow Helper (check it out on google) definately the most incredible plan i've seen. Check out all the unbelievable info .
***I have done all these methods with some degree of help. The best thing that really really worked was to quit eating sugar and inflammatory foods. 90% healed as apposed to 20% with therapy. ***
On the second push I felt a couple bones move. I’ve suffered from constant (tennis) elbow pain for 3.5 months. I can’t say it’s healed, but it feels much better.
Wow! What the hell! Just spent nearly $100 buying stupid elbow straps. I could of simply send Dr Mandell a Starbuck's gift card for that amount for this simple, yet effective video. I've been hurting for weeks. Freaking instant solution. Puta madre coño!! Dr. Mandell, you need an App we can quickly access your topics and videos, let's us know if you decide to crowdfund, I'm down... Thank you Sir!
Yes thank you for asking. It has been better. But then I so something stupid like cary 10 pcs of plywood by myself and back to hurting again. But I'm doing the exercises and it definitely lessens the pain quicker than doing nothing at all.
Hi, firstly, thanks for the information u share with us. My question is, I did the MRI and it shows that I have mild to moderate tear on my lateral tendon. I wonder if having a surgery it will fix forever? I feel throbbing pain only at night time while sleeping, my elbow becomes so stiff that I have to move my arm while sleeping to warm up and make the throbbing pain go away. Thanks, any feedback would be very much appreciated
Dear Sir , Maitri here from India New Delhi would like to share that after taking physiotherapy exercise and medication my pain is still existing around 25-35% at right hand elbow. since last 2-3 month I am facing this problem please suggest
Please help me. The pain in my outer right elbow is unbelievable! It radiates up and down my entire arm, to my shoulder, even swelling my fingers on that hand. The "bone" is swollen, and feels warm. Is this tennis elbow, or can it be something far worse. Please reply. Thank you.
Dr. I’m a LMT and I have tennis elbow for the last 6 weeks, I’ve been to a structural integration massage therapist weekly and a chiropractor that does full body adjustments and I can’t shake this! This video was helpful in releasing the wrists but I feel like there is something stuck in the upper arm, any suggestions?
On this same topic... What can you do if you have pain right where you put your thumb for the relief technique ?? I have been suffering from wrist pain in that very area for a year now. I believe it started with a strain in my forearm then radiated to that are... and has NOT gone away in a year. I can't do handstands any more which I was working on during that time as well?? Any insight would be amazing . Great video btw
I've had extreme pain when I radially deviate my wrist. Which has now cause tennis elbow as well -, -. This seemed not to fix the problem at first, but will try it couple of days
Nothing yet, had a severe case of lateral epicondylitis. Couldn't straighten my elbow for about 6 weeks then once it straightened out my wrist never did. You can actually see the bone sticking out at the wrist on the ulnar side, any ideas what I can do or what kind of dr can help? Have had no luck finding a sports chiropractor to adjust my arm and this has been almost two years now
Wooovv click sound came from the wrist bones. Tennis elbow just started a few weeks ago. Let me see if it got released and I will let you know. Thank you 💙

Wow!!! I am a tennis player and one of my longevity challenges was to play higher level, competitive tennis. Along with this, I have a large yard and do all my own yard work. Using the leaf blower, I have developed tennis elbow for the first time and playing tennis with it is exacerbating that even more. I have been trying different videos with massages and exercises to no avail. I just found this video and did what Dr. Mandell taught and I got little snaps in those exact bones at my wrist and feel better already. I am so excited. Thank you Dr. Mandell!!
WOW! Thank you so much, i have been suffering from elbow pain for the last month and when i did this exercise i heard a loud snap in those joints and felt a great sensation up my arm! you're the best !
That technique can help as well although it's more common with tennis elbow. Make sure you're stretching the wrist backwards to stretch the flexor muscles of the forearm. Ice in the initial phases. Deep massage of the flexor muscles in forearm. Ultrasound in a docs or PT office is helpful. I would need to do a video on that.
Due to overuse in exercises lately, I did cause minor injury. I tried this and did hear a snap and movement. The wrist did loosen up and arm is still sore but this added another tool for rehabilitation.
Great, I was waiting for my physical therapy appointment for this. After just a few of this exercise, the pain has reduced considerably. Thanks a ton, Doctor.
In a way this is similar to an issue I had with my ITB tight, and lower back (side of tight ITP), it all flowed from tight ankle joint/tendons/ligaments in that area (some weak some tight), from repeated ankle sprains. Sorted out the ankle joint, mobility and stability, with a and the tightness up the chain of the leg, slowly sorted itself out.
holy shit i did so many exercises till i tried this and barely any time passed and my golfers elbow/ wrist feel better WOW. im saving this for future use great video!
