As an x amateur fighter and a person who taught self defence just be realistic. Very few people naturally have one shop power. It is true should should gain the upper hand asap but the method to achieve this comes in many forms.

Yupp! this so called self defense techniques are fake. Think about it any attacker with the intent to hurt you will very visious and will do anything in their power to hurt you unlike shown in this vid, in short these technique will not work in real life.

@@MARTIALARTIST they are not listening me even not giving any weight to my words what ever I am saying , even they have challenged me once if I shall get up in morning and do exercise and study for continuous 15days they'll give me permission to learn it but now they have turned there fase from there spoken word so I can't do anything but I will not give up I know that very well .
