Hi Renee, thank you for this beautiful tapping video. I ended up being triggered and releasing so much. I was wondering do you have any advice on where I head to now that i am healed. I starting to think about where I want to live, job, friends etc...I have been on this journey for sometime now and now I'm finally feeling a final feeling because I a feeling naturally grounded. I guess I'm for the first time acknowledging my feelings and realising that I maybe overwhelmed with the freedom that I have within me. ☺️

That was amazing - the way you deconstruct patterns really sheds light on how they function, tears came up in the second half on loving myself which tells me love was flowing back into me. Thanks for your gentle and deep way of using EFT, blessings!
