I'm not sure you can go out to run and exercise while in quarantine, at least not where I live :( I've been confined to my apartment for almost 3 weeks with the occasional short trip to the grocery store in my block (which I can't leave).

I like in a small city so they haven’t had to put measures like that in place yet but they might soon!

Here in California the governor had to close state parks and beaches (well at least their parking lots) because so many people ended up going out and interacting in nature that it was hard to keep distance between people.

I’ve heard that happening in a lot of places...Vancouver too! Victoria is a relatively small city so they haven’t had to do anything like that! When I’ve been to the beach ppl have been keeping their distance etc but they may have to be stricter about it soon
