If the whole plot (or even 2/3 of it) is shown in the trailer, then watching the movie is meaningless. Most trailers today only make you wanna watch the last 20 minutes because that's the only part that MAYBE they didn't spoil in the trailer...

Michael Sheridan But I hate when people think just because a few plot points that are needed to explain the god damn plot are put in the trailer, that it's EVERY TWIST and EVERY MAJOR PLOT POINT in the movie, which in many cases it just isn't. i wish I could remember which movie did it, but one movie only showed plot points that led viewers down the 'main road' if the plot and none of the true story that had all the moral choices, twists, and so forth. They completely gave away most of the movie, but without watching it we'll never understand why or what the ending choice is. Hell, the way I see it Reynolds either dies in the body of the other guy willingly, finds a way into a different body that's morally correct. Shit, he might even end up unwillingly taking over the guy completely. We don't know what happens or why. We only know the conflict, how it started, and the motivation and moral choice to not steal the life of the person's body he has.

Just finished watching this one, and I gotta say, I enjoyed this movie very much. But alas, like with almost all trailers these days, they pretty much sum up the whole movie in a couple minute video... I would still recommend that you watch it, though. Rule *#1* of Hollywood movies: DON'T WATCH THE FU***NG TRAILERS!

I was very impressed with Reynolds in this one he basically played three guys in one and absolutely killed it. I’ve seen some hate online but I don’t get it at all first off it was a awesome plot written great casted even better and the fight scenes were really good. All in all this is a really good movie in my opinion the ending twist gives you a lot of emotion and I think Reynolds should have got some type of award for this one.

Sweet looks actually promising :) i love Sci Fi Thrillers Usually in today's standards Sci Fi hasn't been much of a factor or people try to over complicate it Great Modern Sci Fi films that are great are Predestination, Edge of Tomarrow, Looper and ect Just don't do an After Earth or Jupiter Ascending.

Meh. Jupiter's Ascending was not bad as far as Space Opera goes... It is certainly of its time however. Though it would definitely have been better as a trilogy able to explain itself a little bit more. And if they did tried to do that; they probably would have had to cancel before they finished it. At least it was its own thing. But I do agree on After Earth (The Will smith one, not the animation of the 90s.)

An interesting movie full of ideas. I don't think they all work but I think they are extremely interesting. I particularly like that the director focuses on the little girl when they are arguing. If it suffers from anything it's that the director is still finding his feet. But most of the characters are pretty likeable and believable and that's a big plus.

okay , i just got back from the theater, damned ! this movie is one of the BEST FILM ive ever seen in years, deserved an Oscar nomination. - unforgetable ! this movie might not have a big promotion but by word of mouth , im sure more people will love it . The story so intense , you dont want to miss a scene. great storyline, original concept and great performance by Ryan Reynolds.

I used to fantasize about going to a "body shop" and picking a perfect body piece by piece long before this movie came out so I like the concept of it even though their angle is slightly different. In my fantasy I could only have the "perfect body" for 20 years after that I gradually start to look like how I would had I not bought that body.
