Regular exercise and eating healthy isn’t always better though. totally agree with you but I suffer from anorexia and an exercise addiction and I actually have to cut off exercise because I was literally working out 200 minutes every single day and was extremely underweight. I feel like the line between healthy exercise and unhealthy exercise is extremely thin especially nowadays it gets glamorized or normalized if you over exercise, are extremely skinny and live this extremely healthy lifestyle to a point where are you under age and have disordered eating.

This gave me the idea to make a list of things that actually recharge my energy so I can protect it and your sit down chat videos is going on there :)
