How to build a Hot wheels start gate that is very accurate!

Hi, do cars run faster with an angled straight drag "20' high start to the ground" track vs a gravity L drop? Thank You. DJ.

I do not know. I have not done a comparison under strict controls. What I can tell you is that cars with more weight, longer wheel bases and medium width tires are generally the fastest. Cheers.

I made a comment on your finish line gate Sir, I made one my self, but i'm still figuring out how to do my start gate and yours looks neat! Is it possible for you to create a how to guide & material list on this start gate? I have very little knowledge on fabrication and carpentry.
