Do you struggle sometimes or often with yourself? Are you harsh or hard on you and trying to be perfect? You don't appreciate the small things in life?
We all know these days where we are not nice to ourselves, right?
Life can be hard, exhausting and tough but this should never be a reason to dislike ourselves. Yes, we can be down and also having a bad day, that's being a human. However it shouldn't be like that, that you are constantly doubting yourself.
Everything is allow to be there unless it gets permanent. Break the cycle with this habit. I am doing it literally every day to check in and become kinder with myself.
