Self Service Tickets Toys R Us Training Video 

I miss THIS era of Toys R US. This is what they lost site of in their pursuit to be everything to everyone. Poor management and lost vision.

Is it me, or is she just SO pretty?! Beautiful face.

Oh my take me back to that time. Being a little kid the joy of taking a ticket to the pick up counter for a video game my grandma bought me.

I miss those yellow tickets. Seeing a wall of them when looking for a video game was exciting.

I feel like a lot of this seemed like too much for how little they were probably paying.

I was a ticket writer at TRU in the mid 90's and my God does this video bring back some great memories. I don't know what the deal is with that blue smock though, ours were red.

Anyone know who the woman in the video is?
