Not all leads are the same, I used to work with some marketing who send 5-7 leads a week and I use to sell 2-3 sells and after that I never find a decent one
Oh man I'm so guilty of this but I will say I have had different experiences on average with different lead sources and different sources have different costs so I'm always torn between the options

What is the biggest reason leads are not converting and which lead platform has lowest ROI? One thing that is a concern would be purchasing leads in large bulks at one time and new agents not being able to filter through all of them so leads can start getting stale. Great one, now I have to watch turning $1500 to $245,000.
