All they talk about is success and how much I make and yada yada yada. No channel yet has sat down and given a straight-up blueprint or a step-by-step guide to if you want to make "x" you have to do "x". No one has done it yet. Because those of us who are in the industry or are thinking about the industry are at least in my opinion metrics-driven, so we want to see numbers, we want to see things that don't lie we don't care about your success story, we don't care about where you came from we want to know the facts. I doubt it, even if they do will they respond to it that's even a more highly doubt it. Another thing which I would like is an actual start of business cost. How much you need for a CRM per month how much you need for lead sources per month, how much expenses typically do you spend every month. In order to make a profit.

i feel like no matter where you go in this industry These "success stories" are EVERYWHERE! i get it it truely is amazing but damn the lack of helpful info alot of us look for get this instead. great job none the less

Hi i am a newly licensed agent, currently captive for a seasonal position. Wen I am released, I want to look into being an independent agent but I do not know where to start. Do I have to pay to have access to "products"? Where would I actually get the products to "sell"? Do you have suggestions on where to buy good quality leads?

You have to relate to people- be able to overcome objections and go back to your presentation -close - firm up write ✍️ app - don’t just run out the door
