Selling the benefits of QI coaching to leaders 

Are you interested in QI coaching and wondering how to convince your organisation's leaders to get on board?
In this workshop we explored the real-term benefits that QI coaching brings by focusing on the different groups involved in the process; the organisation itself, the teams receiving coaching, the coach and the patients/public we all serve. To support and guide our exploration, we drew on published, evidence-based resources and case studies.
The workshop was hosted by the Coaching Improvement Special Interest Group and convened by Sophia Mody, Kerry Blewitt and Sid Beech.
