I have to say though that the casting for the roles of the family was well done. They all really fit well with their part they were given, in my opinion.
Stefan Petrovski the funny thing is that they kind of made her famous (they belonged to the same group of musicians and performed in the same clubs when Gaga made her breakthrough). She used to hit the stage before them - now it's kinda the opposite I guess.
@@Sirinwara😂they didn't made her famous. She did that herself with her hard work and her talent. Akon saw Gaga performing and took her to a label. And the rest is history
@@Sirinwara i love you................. you really remember the past................ i love Semi Precious Weapons....................FOREVER................
Every now and then I think of this song. I wish we could hear more from this band / this style. Missing it on Spotify. It keeps being one of my favorite songs ever
I don't understand why people find this so disturbing. Most families nowadays have darker secrets. This is just life. Artful, yet realistic life...shot from a glamorous angle. Nice video. Nice song. Not sure how the two correlate with each other besides the chorus..?
No most families are pretty normal dude like that's billions of people to just say have a dark secret of some sort like in order for that to work you have to lessen what a dark secret could be diminishing the meaning and making it pointless like calling people sexist for not liking an all female remake for example it kinda takes away all meaning when you call out an actual sexist
I love this so much. Ever since i saw you with a broken hand giving your all at the Monster Ball tour i was hooked. SPW first introduced me to this kind of music and im so grateful. I had kind of grown a little tired as no new music was releazed, or i couldnt find any since i started listening to the band many years ago. But this was definitly worth waiting for and i cant wait for the album to be releazed.
OMG , looked so long for this song , heard it on the radio for a Free 4 all concert in bakersfield , and i typed in the lyrics of it but found nothing..... until i remembered the radio website saids what songs they played at what time , but i didnt remeber the time but i remembered i went into 99 cent store after this song , and i got the receipt and got the song , and here i am YAY!!!! :D
Ahh I remember seeing this on MTV with my dad when it came out. He said "rich people problems" and every time I hear the song I think back to what he said. I miss you dad.
well i for one love the video. it shows us that even though people think they have to be the 'perfect family', it really isn't achievable. we all have issues, some more 'extreme' than others, but issues nonetheless. and as a society, our issues and feelings are considered too weird to talk about, but are actual pretty natural and okay. it shows that we need to open all of the closed doors and be open with people, especially the ones we love.
Not bad..I don't usually listen to music like this, but the lyrics and video both seem to have meaning, which is important and unfortunately getting to be extremely rare nowadays.
Amazing video guys!!! And also amazing song! The video fits the song so well! I saw you guys perform in the netherlands at the monster ball tour and ive been a fan ever since! Keep on going guys! X
This interesting indie rock song by semiprecious weapons was playing on my mind this morning, it has been a long time since I listened to aviation high though I have to credit even being aware of this song because around 5 to 6 years ago a local radio station in the area I lived in at the time played this song.
This song gives me some wild emption I never knew I could have. This song was on the radio at a HUGE turning point in my life. I was at my first real job and got my first appointment and bought my first real nice car at 18 and it was on the radio during the first BIG BREAKUP of my life and the same time as my first DUI. So much to learn from the point in my life. I have a fiancé a VARY nice truck and house and kid almost 4 years later and this song still brings up emotions I don't have in any other song or thing I have found other than this damn song!!! I I've the sadness/ happiness this song brings!
