To those interested in having to do with chocolate, learn the "SECRETS". 1. The beans are stocked in a fermenting vats. The sweet pulp is not removed, it is mixed with the Ccao beans and allowed to ferment.2. After fermentation, the beans are dried 3. When Fully dried, they are roasted varies to desired degree.Skins peel off when coarse ground, best blown off. the cacao beans are then ground up. The best grinder in my opinion is the Galapong stone mill. The mass is then drained and mixed with sugar and milk. The best milk or cream is Carabao milk. After all in Italy the best Mozarella cheese come from Carabao's milk.

Sino po pwedeng ma-contact para sa Seminars? Naghahanap din po kami ng seedlings for 5,000sq meters na land namin sa Laguna area po kami. Maraming Salamat po.

They don't grow Cacao in Switzerland but they make the best chocolates.

There re abut 200 varieties of Cacao,I suggest you select and separate the groups. To assure only one kind used, plant the some cacao plant from marcotted tree. All the scion plants wilo be exact copy of the original. That's how they mass produce Kona Coffee in Hawaii.
