So I think, in order to solve this, Congress and Senate need to specify the expiration date coverage, because at the end of the day, these agencies will just adhere to the laws or bills that the houses created. I think the senators just want to wash their hands for the bills that they created. Why are we so attach attaching DOH to politics when their employees and even Duque have been working under different admins continuously? Duque work background is not something to insult. lol. His Work Leadership Experience will take him to where he is as he has solid leadership history such as PhilHealth President (2001-2005), Secretary of Health (2005-2009) and Civil Service Commission (2010-2015) He is bound to be appointed as a leader of a government agencies kahit sinong president pa yan dyan. He is present in every administrations. Also, why blame DOH for the law created by the houses that only covers medical workers in Covid Ward? Are the dermatologists medical workers within the private and public hospitals should also be covered, even tho it is highly unlikely that they are actually dealing directly with Covid Patients?
