After a person under investigation of a FISA warrant is determined innocent, they should have to disclose the warrant to the individual for violation of privacy. The fact that it remains secret will allow serious abuse. "If they don't know it won't hurt 'em." Well if no one knows who the FBI investigates, there is zero deterrence to stop them from spying on everyone all of the time. No accountability for poorly crafted, unconstitutional warrants means it will be abused by any group of people in that position. It needs more transparency and stricter guidelines. The power is too great. So great that is practically worth a civil war everytime there is a presidential election. When the stakes are that high for a country, you know the power of secret warrants with invasive tactics is too great. Even angels can't put a lid on such a power to withhold it from corruption and bias.
At this point, it would seem the only qualification one needs to head the FBI, is the ability to lie with total impunity. Also, the definition of "honorable" needs to be revised downward!

What if we start taking power away from the federal government and give more back to each state, and let the states have more of a say so with who is in these organizations, like the FBI?
