I bought a 50c which to be honest isn't that much of an upgrade from my 10c Pro, it only stabilises in 1080p and the FM radio is terrible; it does have mesh and "Hey Siri" responds to my voice prompt now, unlike the "Hey Sena" commands that virtually never work. I thought it would be a good idea to get a 50s to use when I go off roading and don't need video, it arrived and I couldn't believe you used a completely different mounting system so simply swapping one out for the other on the same mount is not possible? I then checked into sending the 50S back and getting a 50r in it's place, low and behold that has yet another type of fitting and connection. Bloody unbelievable; it truly is. All 3 are 50 series units and all 3 attach and wire in differently thus making none of them able to simply swap over using the same mounts, you couldn't make it up, which complete moronic pratt at Sena thought that was a good idea?
I like and love my new 50C, only disappointed during updating it’s firmware to the latest version. The wifi device keeps on disconnecting and there is no included SENA data cable on the box 😢
Hi. The Sena Device Manager for Windows and Mac can be used to update the firmware on the 50C too and you can use any USB-C cable that supports the transfer of data to update the firmware on the 50C. Thanks.
Said nothing about how to put the cam in loop recording, from day 1 my cam still won't connect to the app so i only have buttons to navigate through the cams operations 🙄😮💨

My main question is not addressed in this video, I have a 10c Pro and to get Siri to start listening I have to press the phone button on the rear. The specs on the 50C imply that all I have to do with this unit is say "Hey Siri" to get Siri listening, no need to press any buttons, is this correct? I'm quite happy with my 10c Pro except for having to take my hand off the bars to press the phone button, so if I can't just say "Hey Siri" using the 50c then there's no point in upgrading.

So the 50c arrived, not much different to my 10c Pro except I can now say "Hay Siri" instead of having to press the phone button, it works great; unlike when I used it on my Android saying "Hey Google" where it was hit and miss whether it worked or not? As to the ability to use the Sena Voice Control, forget it; it's complete rubbish and will respond to commands roughly 1 in 30 times when stationary and NEVER if I'm riding down the road! The main thing I've found is that it makes a second lower quality recording alongside the main hi quality recording, I'm assuming this is if you wish to post it on Social Media or to watch it back on the Sena Camera app. The extra recording still takes up quite a chunk of the memory card and if I'm out riding all day I need every bit of space on the card for the quality recording, is there a way to stop the lower recording? I had a quick look through the manual but came up with nothing.
Done with Sena until they support Open Bluetooth Intercom (OBI) standard. The fact that in 2023 we still have proprietary standard is insane. Motorcycling by it's very nature is about community and Sena's values are.clearly not about community. Imagine some mobile company deciding they wont support GSM.for calls anymore and you buy a phone that can't call any other phones. Crazy. Intercoms should all be able to connect and communicate across brands as. If it's from the same brand

Hi. You can use the Sena Device Manager for Windows / Mac with a supported microSD card to update the firmware on the 50C. Make sure to format the microSD card through the 50C before proceeding with the firmware update process with the Sena Device Manager. Thanks.
Hello, I'm a big SENA fan, I've been using the 10S since it was released and I'd recommend it to everyone! When SENA first announced their camera headsets, I've been wanting to step up since then, but unfortunately even the latest one can't do *4K60* FPS. Is such an upgrade expected? If yes, is there any way to know when and what will be the model name?

Hi. No it does not. The 50C includes a mount that allows you to rotate the camera vertically for your preferred recording angle and a mount that allows you to choose between two fixed positions for your preferred recording angle. Thanks.
