Learn the actual music, for heaven's sake, there are built it pauses: Isn't it rich? Are we a pair? Me here at last on the ground, You innnn mid-air... etc. This is kindergarten stuff.

There are not 'built-in' pauses in the sheet music. Those are just artistic choices made by famous vocalists (Streisand and others) that get imitated over and over by other singers. Also, one accompaniment track cannot possibly accommodate everyone's preferred style/tempo/pauses/key. There are just too many variations.
