I just watched the incredibly strong but what felt like dour and angry Drew Ruana in a landscape I may never touch or smell or feel, not in my opinion articulating well his love for where he was or even what he was exploring. I chose to watch it. I’m weak, this is not a comment about that. Just philosophical musings on how different humans approach and express themselves on and through rock; the blend of intrinsic and extrinsic, aesthetics, passion, fierce obsession, warrior rage, gentle leviathans on the outside. I guess I know I’d rather be chill after suffering similar rage in my early years. Vulnerable of Drew to put that out. Damn good videos on both. Jim chirpy as always! You guys having fun. Drew hundreds of fails. So a personal grade for him on that project? All such fascinating stuff! When Aidan takes that long maybe one day - or do you get the rage but not post it?
