The NNU RockStat-X NASA suborbital STEM program is sending robotic arms into outer space to develop artificial intelligence and robots capable of working in space and assisting mankind in future space missions. This program was developed by the students and professors at Northwest Nazarene University in collaboration with Annin Robotics.

A few days ago I was thinking (From wake to sleep my mind is on ten trying to process millions of random thoughts that are while usually unpleasant and unhelpful, some are okay) and I thought "wait why aren't we sending robots using AI to explore space?" Here I find this. This is the future. No doubt.

Curious to know if they are compensating for the motors arcing in space. I work in the aerospace industry and we have to give all our motor windings a special coating to prevent arcing due to having no air resistance. It could be that these motors are such low power it won't be an issue, but it would be interesting to hear about.
