Bomas draft constitution was written by delegates who represent the people and understand their needs. Why can't we have a good discussion about it and a referendum ? The BBI document was written by politicians who only wish to consolidate more power and resources for their families. Clearly, Orengo is bumbling and confusing the specific facts at issue. The constitution is very clear and specific. He needs to retire day before yesterday, otherwise Kenya descends into dictatorship.

I cant believe how low our convoluted Kenyan politics have peed or wanaweza kunyea that which will heal the nation. BBI answers some of the fundamental flaws our politics and society. Processes and principals doctrines of the law aren't theoretical but the philosophy is people driven and therefore the judicially has no locus to deny Wanjiku her God given right. BBI cant be null and void........
