Senior Softball Bat Reviews:
Why review bats? In 2009, the only reviews available for senior bats were brand sponsored reviews. we set out to do independent reviews that tested the marketing promises behind each bat. Why we give honest review? Because we are not trying to sell you anything.
Weight Training For Softball:
Weight training plays a significant role in explosive, power hitting. I have developed a training program specifically designed for hitting with power and distance, focused on speed and form.

Good to see y'all having fun we use that same speedometer we figured out that 84 miles an hour just about what it takes to go over a 300 foot fence at the right angle

ball speed: lower, flatter ball will go faster BUT it's the angle of departure that creates the distance....watch some pro baseball games and look at home run balls and balls that go through the infield.....usually it's about mid 30s for angle and ball speed is barely 100 ...line drives through have been recorded 120+ mph...a physics teacher could explain all the angles and speeds and distances a lot better but Billy had it right when he said the flatter the ball, the faster it went....according to science, a ball struck at 37-42 degrees angle of departure will travel the farthest distance with all conditions the same (bat, ball, swing speed)
