Good job, thanks for this. I bought them and the sound is so clear. Oh! A question. When you are using the buds with your computer can you operate the Smart App from your computer too or is it only compatible with phones?

I like them a lot, but I have a strange issue. When charging is flashed an orange led instead of yellow. Until it turns green. The manual says it should be a yellow led. Is my case defective or is the manual wrong?

I had the crackling disconnect also. I solved it by doing a hard reset in the Smart App.

Sennheiser true wireless earbuds earbuds have ever owned. There is absolutely no Bass it's like listening to music with just trouble absolutely no bass even the extra bass you push the button and nothing. Noise-canceling I think they were the worst earbuds I've ever wore. The app that goes along with him is that it looked horrible if you buy them good luck you'll be shipping them back I'm sure

You don't have a proper seal. Mine sound almost too boomy and the rumble is so good

Mine have plenty of bass it just depends on the studio mix. Go on youtube and search earbuds bass test. I was shocked by how good it sounds. It sounds like I was in a nightclub and on orchestra music it sounds like you are in a concert hall. It also has bass boost. The larger eartips provide more bass as well. Maybe it is the type of musoc you are listening too.
