Your channel has such an amazing production quality for a personal channel. It’s always a joy seeing your setup and how they’ve evolved over the years. I always struggle with EQ’ing my own voice, and your demo helped a ton, especially when you exaggerated the problematic frequencies to show what to look out for. Another amazing job… thank you 🙏. Have you ever considered sharing/ selling your vocal chains? From watching your videos a year ago, I made the leap into the deep ‘rabbit hole’ of Universal audio. I believe you can share vocal presets within the UAD ecosystem. I’d be willing to pay for the preset as a good base to customize for my specific use. Based upon your recommendations/videos. I have many of the microphones 🎙 and plug-ins you use. Ps… still saving up for the U87ai 😉.
that's awesome! you know i'm not sure on UAD if you can export/send/import settings. even on my computer a few years back i couldn't even transfer them, just had to manually copy the settings. not a bad idea to investigate... however, everyone will need slightly different EQ'ing for their voice, room, etc. hey-- once you DO get the u87, i guarantee over time you'll realize why it's worth it.
