I like the bags but I just am struggling to pay 900 for the bag when I could add a few hundred more and buy a Louis. To be honest the price point is too high. The Maestra bag should be about 400
I have the mini size and it is a heavy bag. I only have my coin purse, card holder, sunglasses, lip gloss and kindle in it and that is way heavy enough for me. The leather is thick and there is a lot going on with the design which I think adds to the weight. It is a gorgeous bag and I love it but just be aware if you will be carrying it for long periods of time that it may hurt after a while.
This bag tilts away from your body if worn on the shoulder or as backpack and it looks weird and awkward. Many of the influencer that has been gifted with this back hide this flaw by pushing the bag down with their hand if worn on the shoulder so it wont tilt. Also I saw a review who bought the bag and in just 2 months the glazing on the strap were peeling when worn as backpack. Its pricey for a startup brand.
I purchased a Maestra for my daughter for Christmas 2018. The zipper just broke last month. I have emailed Senreve 4x with photos. Still waiting to hear from their customer service. Next time I will buy her an LV.
Oh man, I really wouldn't expect that with that price tag. In the same price range and capacity you could also consider the Givenchy Antigona for her. I feel she'd love that as well
Thanks for the review. I have the midi and i love it. Nevertheless, it doesn't fit a laptop and forcing it will deform your bag. At this price, you do not want to force it. Also the straps are not for curvy ladies. They are not long enough. Should have read more reviews and go for the big one. But at the same time, I love my midi. Not sure I will be buying another one due to the straps length.
I am so torn between the original and the midi. Great video & blog post. Honestly I want both so I can take my laptop with me, but I am 5'2 so I am not sure if the original will be too overpowering. I was set on the midi before watching this, we will see.
I can’t decide! My midi and regular maestra came today and it’s hard for me to decide which one to keep. I even took a video of myself wearing it. I like the regular size because I can fit a lot, plus the wallet , sunglasses of my husband and it looks good on me as a hand held and a backpack. But the midi size it’s just perfect for the stuff I bring but not my husband’s stuff. It looks good on me as a shoulder bag and crossbody and handheld. But not as a backpack since I have broad shoulder.
Thank you sooooo much for the video! I watched so many videos but no one mentioned if the Midi could fit A4 paper, and so I was struggling between the Midi and Original - the Original seems way too bulky and heavy as a crossbody when fully packed.
Would you recommend the mimosa or the pebbled maestra bag? I own the midi in pebbled leather and was wondering if the mimosa would be sturdier for a computer.
It's not sponsored! I reached out to borrow the large and mini sizes (that I then gave back -- the midi is mine!) but other than that I'm not working with the brand!
