Wow- the area is so beautiful and the homes are really lovely. In the summer this would be a grand family place or a superb bed and breakfast/resort. I can really imagine having yoga retreats, peace gatherings, honeymooners....

I was shocked at the price of this magnificent home! You wouldn't be able to find even a falling apart, gruesomely ugly home in an undesirable neighborhood with no land in California or New Jersey for that price. I just loved it!

And the neighborhood here... Is desirable... 😁 I did not have time to film Sarlat, I will, you'll be amazed. One of the most beautiful French city. It's so preserved. Ridley Scott just did shoot a movie 10kms from this house, with Matt Damon and Ben Affleck... Here you can cross a farmer as well as a rock star ( Sting has a chateau not far)... Or a Deer 😂

Just adding the price for anyone watching this video when the property has sold... Incredibly all this is only €785,000 (HAI) / £711,014 - that's the price of a one-bed flat in London!
