Hello my Dears! ✨ If you're Highly Sensitive, you're not alone. 💞 Sensitivity is often looked down upon by a society that champions brute strength, but it's actually a SUPER POWER!! 💥 Sharing my experience as someone who's been able to utilize my extreme sensitivity to be a more attuned actor, writer, human... in case it's helpful for anyone else who identifies or wonders about their own sensitivity, (or wonders why I'M such a weirdly sensitive person). 🙃
I often call those waves being "Tender" and sometimes make videos in that state, so people will know they're not alone. But I know that it's confusing for some people who don't experience the same state of being, so here I open up a Lot about what it's like for me. As always, take or leave it all as you wish! Your teccniques have been innovative, well yes being a teacher and inyour case have so many gifts must be exhausted. So, you are doing well. As teacher sometimes regardless how much we do, we need time for ourselves... I love you are so organized, I took your course , well talking because is not so easy to acquire that master is in sounds... congrats

🧡 I clicked on this because a) it’s you; and b) my partner is a highly sensitive person, in ways she is often not comfortable with. And, sure enough, you had things to say which not only help with that, but reach all the way inside me as a viewer, to the core truth that we can’t describe in words. Amy Walker. 😊 You are a gem. Other people just eat it and get damaged and dont know about it. Have to be careful on the over detection of agency from a pathological point of view. Can hone these expereinces like a meditation. But all rooms we walk into take time to learn. Very few people can walk into a room and feel everyone in there within a few minutes. Too much info. You might be one of those people. I would love to shake your hand. Get to the Edinburgh festival sometime please. It's a great place.

Hi Amy! Good to hear from you! I do feel I have known you for a while now, so I can look past the 'weird' Amy to hear your message, which I do. Not that I don't like the weird Amy! Of course I do! I resonate with most of what you say, not all, but that's what makes us human. Not sure I'd use the term, 'sensitive' here, but I think it's fascinating how you seem to know yourself so well, and know your likes, dislikes and even requirements in life. You are weird, wonderfully and beautifully weird. I am currently involved in my own contretemps within the American health care system, which is teaching me much about organizational narcissism. I will try to stay cool and calm, find the energy floes and flow with them. Problems are rarely as difficult as they sometimes seem to be.

This is a little "off" depending how you see it. (X-producer talking) I can see the LED light in you eyes as lovely as they probably are. A hint is to experiment with the light and not place it in front of your face but a little to the side. A little to the left and up.. would probably do it. ;) Then it gives the picture more depth and that will bring you closer to the audience. The setting you use now can be a little "synthetic". But as always you shine true all that. Rgs and love from Cold Norway.
