So, when I say "я тебя люьлю" I am emphasizing the love, whereas when I say "я любдю тебя" I am emphasizing the person, it is you that I love. Is that right?
In this case an intonation plays a great role. In the phrase «Я тебя люблю» you can stress the word ТЕБЯ and it means that you emphasise the person or if you stress ЛЮБЛЮ you emphasise the love. And the same with the phrase «Я тебя люблю».
