Sentencing is set to start this morning for the teen who admitted to shooting and killing a K-9 police dog, as well as kidnapping two women at gunpoint in September 2018. News4Jax Reporter Brittany Muller joins us live.
If he can kidnap two women, and shoot 3 times to kill Fang, while still a teenager, I shudder to think what he'd be capable of doing as he gets older, so I would support the longer sentence, and not the 15 years his lawyers feel he should get.

This POS not only killed the police dog, he hi-jacked two women at gunpoint. Now the taxpayer has to pay for his upkeep. Hopefully he'll get his justice by an inmate in the prison.

Twats....A K9 is a POLICE OFFICER. And they have done so much for us, risking their lives to take down criminals. Tons of crimes wouldn't have been uncovered without police dogs. Yes. Because the dogs aren't allowed to do damage, they simply hold the suspect in place. It's the same as a cop forcing you to put your hands behind your back.

@@yamother8088 I literally work with people who train police dogs, schutzhund dogs, and other working dogs on a daily lmfao, and I own PPD belgian malinois myself if you couldn't tell from my profile picture. Bad trainers will train the dogs to cause damage, however, police dogs are almost always trained to only hold the suspect in place. You can train a dog to control their bite force.

Its honestly sad where I live it has a strong cartel territory and a police dog was cut in half non of those fuckers went to jail the news and many ingnor it. God we dont even know who? @@fjalls Killing a K9 is on par to killing a police officer. K9 are officially "officers on duty" so yes, you're going to get the same capital punishment for killing a K9 because it shows that you have no qualms about killing an officer if he was chasing you.

this is what i see flawed about police dogs, we try to teach dogs non aggresion to be suitable to be kept as loving pets to familys, but officiers and police units utilize there aggresion via training which im strongly against. there have been mistakes where these k9s attacked innocent people and cops dont do much about it. so for the love of god stop using these animals for your police officer duties

Carjacking and kidnapping two women? Gun charges? Police dogs travel with police, so if you shoot one, obviously it’s different from shooting a neighbours dog.
