Hello Everyone! Today’s video is a fun trick I use when I plan to make multiple cards at a time. I like to create multiple sentiment strips using different stamps, using a variety of colors and some with embossing powders.

I thought you said you used an inkjet printer for toner foiling, but that requires a laser printer. Maybe I misunderstood you.

This was Avery helpful tip and you illustrated it well. But I would have like to have seen them used on a card to get an idea of best placement and how it looks

Is that container the only way you store your sentiments? Love the look of your sentiments.

Thanks a lot 🥰 Yes that’s the only container I have. If my strips are a little bigger for the container, I store them in small zip lock bags.

Loved your hints. Just a constructive comment. Your background music was too loud compared to your speaking voice. I kept having to turn down my volume in between your speaking voice and then turning it back up to hear you. Maybe it's just me, but thought you would want to know.

I am still trying to figure out a way to create more accurate videos in terms of the filming, editing and voice over. Would you use embossing powder before ink dries?

I used black pigment ink for embossing.. the fun part about the pigment ink is that they don't dry up sooner, so you can easily stamp a bunch of sentiments at once before you put your embossing powder on all the sentiments together. Make sure you ink is still wet when you pour the powder over it. The powder needs a medium to stick on. Pigment inks are perfect for this. You could also use VersaMark ink, which stays sticky for a while. I hope this information helped. Happy Crafting.

Please help me if you can. I just bought a Alinacutle 5-piece stamp and die set. I see in your video where you take the one piece of acrylic off, and it comes right off. My issue is getting the second piece acrylic off, the one to hold the actual sentiments. You all make is look so simple. But, when I try to do it, the sentiments will Not stick to that sheet. Please let me know what I am doing wrong.

Hi, Once i position my clear stamp sentiment strip.. all i do is.. just close the door of my stamping tool. The strip stays on the door until i am done with all the stamping. sometimes the sentiment strip does fall off the door (or if i am using an acrylic block for stamping)... that's mostly because i might have some dust or anti static powder on the door/acrylic block. I wash and let the door/acrylic block dry completely and make sure its got no dust/powdery stuff on it. Stamps tend to fall off if the surface has any kind of powdery stuff on them. And don't worry at all, we are all in the same boat! Power of video editing makes it look simple. I have my struggle days too. In my more recent videos, i try to also show my flaws. I hope this helps.

The music is so loud i had a hard time hearing you. I love what you've done about making lot's of sentiments to keep at the ready. I have subscribed but if you don't speak louder and cut the music volume down, I will need to unsubscribe. I am sorry.
