Amy, you're like a breath of fresh air. I get so bogged down with other card makers more complicated, fussy cards. Your cards are never fussy and always maximize beautiful simplicity. A lovely background with a simple sentiment makes for s beautiful card... I learned that and the whole concept of batching from you! Hugs!
Artist Tac is the best! School Specialty has it on clearance, the 8.5 X 11 size, 25 sheets for $11.19, and they have reasonable shipping. The smaller size, 9 X 5.5, 25 sheets, is $6.99. No code needed.

Great card! Thanks for sharing about the clear embossing. After seeing how you organized your sentiments , I have been working on own. Thought I was done until I found more last night! Also have been working on for die cuts/punches. My first order from a Colorful Life is arriving Tuesday. Super excited.
I so love your voice overs!! 😂 you are my kinda gal AMY girl. You are very gifted and I’m praying your channel grows by leaps and bounds. I always smile and laugh and really enjoy you. GOD bless you👍❤️
Well, sometimes I should be able to give you more than 1 thumbs up when I ❤what you share! Thank you, “neighbor”😉! I need to work on my batching yet, but your great ideas are floating around over here.
I have a lot of backgrounds like that also. You're ready to pop together on a card. I really like that white on white idea with your sentiments! I don't think I've ever seen that before. I really enjoy your videos I'm glad I found you. 💛TR
Awesome card!! I love sentiments strips that way!! I started using a binder after one of your other video's and love it!! I had not thought of embossing in clear and then inking what ever color you need!! Great idea!! Thanks for sharing!!
Lovely card Amy! You inspired me to start my own sentiments binder recently, and it’s even helped me to clear off my desk! I had been looking for a basket of sentiments buried in the piles that I had cut with my alphabet dies and put into tiny labeled bags. They fit in the baseball card sheets and are now included in my book. I like to reuse product packaging from cereal, tissue boxes, etc. in bright colors and fun patterns for my personalized sentiments…a win-win because they’re free and cut down on how much is wasted. I often use strips of washi tape to cover the inside layer of the box to use up the printed sides of the box. Adds a little dimension too. I’ve added a couple pages of die cut tickets, labels, etc. so that I remember to use them with my sentiments too. This week I want to stamp out a bunch of the sentiments that are included in various stamp sets. I only have a few “sentiment stamp sets”, but I know many are thrown into image stamp sets too. This way I won’t forget to use them. Thanks for the inspiration!
Great idea to use white embossing powder on white cardstock and then ink blend the color you want over it!! Brilliant!!! Going to make a few of those sentiment strips up this afternoon like that!! Thanks for sharing!!
Amy, I’ve been trying out the Artist Tac and find it picks up extra adhesive around my die cuts which then collect dust particles making the card look dirty. Any advice?
I actually just did a follow-up review of the micro dots did you check that out? I mentioned a couple of things and there were also a lot of really good ideas in the comments on that video. Let me link that for you just one second.
Yep, I always make a mess with the embossing powder too. Some people say "black is messier." I don't believe black is messier. You can just see it better. It is all messy. I have strips from Taylored Expressions. I found them through you and I love TE so much! I haven't checked out LDRS, but I will. I think I do what you call batching, but I don't think of it that way exactly. I just tend to want to do one kind of thing at a time. I might want to stamp or diecut or make sentiments or stencil or color etc. Then when I want to need to make a card I can always find components that work together. So it doesn't feel like "batching" when I do it. It feels like I am doing the thing that I feel like doing on that particular day.
