IIRC, the outer packaging for these blades was labeled as Crystal SP. Rumor has it that they were mfg in the same plant as the Personna Israeli Red blades. Some people claim that they are virtually the same blades. IDK. They are sharp, smooth and fairly long lived. I believe that production ceased at that plant in Israel, after the Personna contract was moved to Germany. Personallly, I prefer Wizamet SI blades to these. Wizamets are smoother and longer lived. I presume that Iridium is harder than Platinum.
@@brownbaggentleman7509 If you like them, The Razor Company tries to keep them in stock, and sells at good prices in the 250 pack. These blades can be difficult to source, as the Wizamet and Pol-Silver brands were originally only distributed in the USSR and to Soviet client states like Morocco. The Razor Company are nice people to deal with, and they stock many items that are hard to find in the USA. Shockingly, they even have some Pol-Silver blades in stock today. Those have been out of production for several years. FYI, the Wizamet SI's are Matt Pizarcek's favorite DE blade. He is the proprietor of the Razor Emporium.
