So I've done one or possibly even two videos about this safe in the past. I believe I did a glowing review, and then again mentioned it in a Christmas Gift Suggestions video sometime later.
When I initially got this safe from Costco I loved it. Unfortunately pretty quickly after getting it the air piston stopped working meaning when I open it the top doesn't pop up. Not only does it not pop up but it barely opens to the point where I have to get a knife or paper clip that's small enough to get in there and pop it open.
I've since watched some RU-vid videos and see others have experienced this problem as well. Apparently you can order new pistons on Amazon, though I'm not too happy I have to pay money for replacement parts and fix something that broke with almost no use. I contacted the company this afternoon, I'll probably do a follow up video on whether they respond or what I end up doing.
