Looks like a G2215; that combination is via riveted permanent pins that are press/expanded into the 3 platters, but on a positive note, the platters have all the available numbers as empty/available holes for use all the way around the dial; so if you drill the pins out and replace them with machine screws (or new rivets) at your preferred combo, the complicated answer is 'yes'... but realistically the answer is 'no'. (YMMV, but IMO, not really worth the effort for such a cheap safe.... good gauge outer shell metal, but as you see, the lock bolts are too shallow to resist a decent crowbar.)
