I got same but why sometimes you gotta enter correct code multiple time for it to unlock. Just like yours. I assume cause we didn’t push the handle up all the way straight. Sometimes work right away. Sometimes multiple time..... crap product?
May need some breaking in the lock may be tight but since its a safe its usually closed so I wont really know for years... It works for what it is but yeah not the most reliable to open quickly
Hi, it has a key incase the battery dies. The manual lock may be better since there are no batteries it would be slower to open thought. These electronic locks all have a secondary key just in case. I hope that helps.
