I decided to see how tough my SentrySafe really was, This is why. My almost 3 year old safe would stopped working. I had the code but it was giving an error code. 5 beeps, which apparently means a "wiring issue". I was told this by customer service. They first blamed it on my brand of batteries, Rayovac alkalines, not having enough power, so I connected it to an Energizer lantern battery, still no luck. They had already told me that after a year they won't do anything for me and that I should contact a locksmith and pay to have it opened if I need to get to the contents. I tried playing with some of the wiring to no avail assuming that they were telling the truth about the error code. What I wasn't going to do it pay more than it cost to have a safe opened that I won't be able to use again anyway. I decided that I would just try to open it myself, after all it was just scrap metal now anyway. I was shocked at how easy it was. Just as shocked as I was with their complete lack of support for their product. I decided to film it so that I could share it with their other customer, I know that I wouldn't have paid what I did for it if I had know what I know now.
