the reason why state is coming up with all that irrelevant evidence is to equilibrium the charge of "common purpose" against the accused. Only if it would be justified before court that they know each other, hence their evidence before court is that they don't know each other. Now here is the tricky part of that evidence were the state wants to run with the defence if they are in slumber land. If someone has been sick and never really recovered and is basically forced to speak for hours what you are doing instead of recovering, the body relapse. So far, she has not shown anything to be concerned about to let me believe she is hiding something. Approach with rational not emotion.

The witness is not okay and has not been ok since 2 days ago. The state is wasting time they should’ve arranged other witnesses since we saw this lady was not well.

Wen was the 205 of Kelly ,Senzo and Chicco done coz were told after 3 years date cant be retrieved. The state is afraid the accused will walk if 2014 section 205s are brought in😂😂😂
