The state should have given the defense all statements of the witnesses without the names,if it was concerned with their safety,Coz this introduction of new evidence everyday makes the defense to look as if they are always unprepared,I don't know why judge Ratha is no putting down him foot on that issue.To me it seems unfair .The example that the judge use previously of Steve Biko should have been disputed coz the police never admitted his toucher and even they don't, some people behave as if they live in another planet 🤔🤔🤔
