It's really sad. For a judge to behave in this manner, I never in my life see any judge disrespect any defence in court this the first time I am seeing in ratha tavern court room. When I watch this hearing I get butterflies in my tummy. It's sad. Ratha has no shame the country is watching.

This is a great Judge! Always right! He is not allowing deviations from the facts presented before this court. Why was the defense Lawyer telling something never said by the witness? This useless Lawyer is making a show here but he forgets that we are not ruling here. The Court rules on the basis of evidences.

What are useless testimony this one. If they only trying to prove that these accused talked to one another then the people wjo were in the house must be here in thr dock... Why? Because we know for a fact that they were in the house, and they did communicate to one another on that day. But the accused isn't allowed to communicate with the other because it proves what? Phones draw network from towers. That is what is used as the "location" in this court. Phones can draw network not from your nearest tower. If you're old enough you'd know this. The old Phones used to indicate from which tower or location they drew network.
