How does the judge know about the incriminating of the witness??? How does he know!?? Because his duty is to allow questions, and the witness must answer if he knows the answer or does not know or he does not want to answer. Not the judge leading him, to not answer. This judge is out of order. We are tired of his paper reading that suit him. The judge is also waiting she state resources by trying to justify the unjustifiable just to protect the witness. It does not matter whether this judge is the boss of the proceedings the fact is he must allow the proceedings toto expose the lie the person who killed Senzo and that way, the judge will be allowing justice to take its course. Judge stop putting words in the defenses mouth.
