Seoul is now very warm, spring is here already however, I am not travelling now mainly due to the virus but more for the air pollution, as many Koreans do, I also want to immigrate to clean country if possible :D
cable car operates 4 seasons it only stops when wind is strong, by the way, by cable car you can reach to other peak no the scenery from this video, they are planing on building one here but environmentalist are protesting.

Yes, I did get the ticket, they sell it at the cafeteria inside. I think bus runs every hour until 7 pm. Many ppl start hiking from Hangyereong but I started from Osaek which is one stop after hangyeryeong, I think both trails are good. It snowed a lot yesterday, when snowed it is beautiful, check the national park website for the cctv, I see mt seorak is wnowing heavy now. m.knps.or.kr/main/menuctrl.do?menuNo=11 Enjoy Mt. Seorak.
