Found you channel and the vlog was great! It really gave me an idea of what to expect on my trip and what things are worth visiting and what isn't ($10 things... haha). Hope to see more of your videos from Korean and other places in the future! Greetings from Mexico 😊
Me and My wife are heading to Seoul and Busan for our winter holidays and we are so excited for our trip. Although its an old video bt it has given us several ideas for our trip. Its fun watching u both! Keep sharing!!!❤❤👍💞💓💕
Great video guys. Thanks for sharing. We are thinking of going to Sth Korea for Christmas (maybe next year cause this year we're going to Malaysia) . It's looks beautiful. Think I might start planning. 😊 Cheers, Kevin and Ange 😀🙂
Hi there. We will be in Seoul and then busan this December and it was great to come across a vlog where others were there in December. Thanks so much for sharing. All of this really helps. If you have a second i do have some questions? The blue sky line in Busan, do you recall approx how much the tickets were at the ride? We were looking into booking it before our trip but weighing the options. Was there room in the sky cart for more than 2 people. There are 3 of us. About how long was the ride if you can recall. 20min or so,or more like a 5 min slow ride? Once you got to the sky walk bridge how do you return and is that another cost? I hope you both are happy and healthy and living life to the fullest! Thanks for your time🙌🏽
Hi! The trip is around 30 minutes I think. You can get on and off to see all the stops along the way, and you can do a return trip or catch public transport back. They are quite small but can fit 4 people. The price changes depending on number of people. For any further info, check out the Haeundae Blueline Park website and translate to English if needed. Hope this helps!
@@MandyandMichael This absolutely helped!! Thanks. We have looked into booking it through the blue line website but there were those few questions we still had and you just cleared it up for us. Be blessed and have a great day/night/ morning 🙌🏽💜
@@MandyandMichaelOh wait, you are completely correct. All the additional info we wanted is the website. We were actually looking at a third party site that gave only vague info. Again, thanks so so much.
Hi both! Just found your video and thank you for sharing! We are from Sydney and my family of 3 will be going to SK mid January.. brrrrr.. we are going for the snow but want to make sure we are prepared.. we have some Uniqlo heateach, sweaters, down jackets, gloves, scarves, beanies.. anything else I should make sure we have? Thanks again! Will subscribe ^-^
Hi! Thanks for watching! Sounds like a fun (and cold) trip and looks like you’ve got the necessities sorted. If you feel your clothes and accessories aren’t quite doing the job while you’re over there, you can always top up and buy more in location. Enjoy your trip ☺️
@@armiedometita9119 Well, December is definitely the winter time, so better bundle up, unless you're from Minnesota, Canada, Northern Europe, or Siberia (in Russia)...😁😁😁
@@MandyandMichaelthanks for much needed info for my visit. I will be in Seoul and then Busan this year at the same time you all were last year. Can you recall about how much you paid for your train ticket to Busan and do you wish you had booked it prior to your flight to Korea? Trying to weigh our options on pre-booking vs at the site.
@@bwanamaria9590 Hi! Seoul to Busan or vice versa on SRT was around $60AUD, or you could get there by KTX for $110AUD. If you have a definite travel plan, buying prior is a good option. Otherwise, at the station was fine for us. Thanks for watching! Enjoy your trip ☺️
@@MandyandMichael Yes, we have definite plans. Most things are bought and booked. Thanks for this information and your feedback on booking now vs later🙌🏽
I feel like S. Korea is actually a hard country to crack for touristic purposes...I mean unless you're going purely to eat the food and enjoy nightlife/cafe culture. (In the spring/summer of course LoL) Also Jeju Island and some natural wonders. But it doesn't have a lot of staple cultural/historical sites the same way China does (Great Wall, multiple provinces, etc...) Not that I've been to China, but I'm 1/2 Korean and went a lot to S. Korea growing up and got the sense it's just not really a touristy place. Some of it has to do with size. I mean it is after all technically "half" a historically whole country. (+ North Korea) And the South's quick development following the devastating impact of Japanese occupation (lots of historical stuff was destroyed) make for a country that's still in this weird transition place...
