My husband play speak takraw since his teen and now at 54 he still playing the game but under veteran section. It a hard game to play, can cause injury to almost every part of the body especially ankles, wrists.

This is the South East Asian game actually. 'Sepak' means kick in Malay language (Malaysia & regions). Then 'Takraw (in Thai language) means ball/rattan ball actually but now hard plastic. It's very famous in Malaysia/Thailand/Indonesia/Phillipines and regions. Now the king of this sport mostly from Thailand and Malaysia (vice versa).
