#2 I'm mad at him that he just left without saying anything to me. Then he contacted with again after 8 months but acted all non chalant and left again. When he reaches out to me, I'll be giving him a piece of my mind because it makes me angry and hurts my feelings. He can't just come in and leave whenever he feels like it. It's been almost a year since we met and we know nothing about each other. I wish I could find someone else but it's always him in my future.

My ex of 4 years had dated another girl and is currently engaged. We had met the first time in person on sept.8th 2017/18 when the “It” remake movie came out.(I still have the ticket to this day) it was love at first sight but I was so scared that she wouldn’t be into someone like me because I didn’t have the fancy clothes or anything like that, I was a typical normal woman. 3 days after the first date,I had went over to her place and we were starting to get freaky. She stopped and looked at me as if she was sensing something then said “ you don’t need to use your body to feel loved..” This made my heart melt and fall in love with her more. During the 4 years that her and I messed around we were getting closer than ever and had feelings for eachother (we didn’t date,but were like fwb) I couldn’t bring myself I ask her to be mine because I thought she wasn’t going to go for a girl like me since I had an overbite , but that didn’t stop her wanting to be with me. Over the 3 years she had started to turn into something that I couldn’t even recognize anymore and got me addicted to cocaine and Xanax for 2 years. I had done things that I wasn’t proud of due to the withdrawals. Before the time of my addiction,she had been seeing another girl and they started talking. Her gf was going to travel 3-4 hours to see her, she grabbed my hand and asked me to be hers. The only thing that I simply replied was “what about Katie?” Because I felt that it was wrong and that I would be terribly guilty for saying yes. Fast forward to a few months I was going through a bad addiction and I had done things I was ashamed of. When my ex and her gf found out,she lost it and called me a whore and other meanful things especially in front of our friends. It got so bad to the point where I became depressed and lost myself..one of our friends had to intervene and chew her out because of the way she was treating me but she didn’t want to listen. Next thing I knew was that I was being kicked out and told that I was causing problems with her and her gf when in reality I had helped them more than they helped themselves. Not only did I save Katie’s life and those twos relationship but that I also gave them money when they needed it for groceries/bills. Now I’m not sure how I would feel if she came back, would she really be sorry and tell me what deep in her heart was feeling? I don’t think so because she’ll never admit it with all that pride she has... what’s even more sad is that she had told me is that she’ll imagine me when she’s with her gf.

@@ritarosa6824 I didn't reconnect with that person, but we did get closure. I've since moved on, and am much happier with someone else. I think something really important to keep in mind at a certain point with no contact situations, especially if they still have access to your socials, is that if they wanted to they would. But that's just what I went through, I'm sure it works out for some people. /lh

Pile one was so accurate and i started to cry. Its been a year since our seperation and he just left and ghosted me with no word. I saw him again randomly at my job a month or two ago and i had a dream about him the other day. Really took me a long time to let go, almost 10 months. Pile 1: Okay.. so this really creeps me out because me and my boyfriend broke up 3 days ago.. Because he realized we don’t want same things in the future. We are both going through a lot of personal transformation and just recently within the past month, we have finally been able to see each other in person after the breakout of the pandemic, and it's just a lot all at once. Pile #2 This resonated a lot. After a three year relationship, living together for over two years, he left about 2 months ago. A lot of hurt, but not much hurt at all I guess? Nothing significant happened to end our relationship, it was a slow demise. I also love the charm of the dog, because he left me with two dogs we got during our long relationship. He wasn’t respectful in the last year of the relationship, but honestly since we broke up he was decently respectful. He let me keep the dogs, and doesn’t post things he know would hurt me. He left me with so much responsibility though. He was the breadwinner in our relationship, so he left me with three animals to take care of, just to go “find himself” even though he is older than me, and now I’m younger. He never reached out ever after he left. After a month I reached out, and we talked IRL, and he told me it was done done. I miss him a lot, but even if he did want to reach out, I’m not sure if I would accept. He hurt me a lot by breaking our trust and leaving me with everything. He is too prideful, and even though he loved our dogs, he left them. That hurts me more than him leaving me. He told me that he knew they meant so much to me and he wouldn’t take them away from me, but I know he just didn’t want to commit to them anymore, which hurts a lot.

Chose group two immediately. My person is my high school sweetheart. We got together to catch up recently (for the first time in 9 years) and he told me he’s moving to Wisconsin to try and start a business at the end of this month. #3 god its so accurate We met and we both knew it wouldn't work out, and it ended. We only knew each other for 2-3 weeks but quite literally fell in love and were forced apart in those weeks. We had a bond, it was so weird, we barely knew each other- yet we were each other's person. It was long distance, and age like you said (long story- it was only 3 years but still against ya know.. laws lol) I miss him so much, and I hope it's as mutual as you say. He was everything. I hope we have a future because I never had what we had even though it was so short-lived. The bond, the intensity, everything. Like you said, we were light-hearted, not super deep but we also were, we had a good time. We were us, and then we were not. It's incredibly hard to let go of us, but also as you said, we both knew it cant happen, even if we wanted it. He technically ended it, like you said, although it was a mutual understanding. Pile number 2... I’m crying right now it’s so accurate. It’s so spot on. I’m a Sagittarius and the person is an Aquarius who has confrontational issues and everything you said they might have thought or are thinking sounds exactly how they would think.
