Also, the tinted lip balm section was full of my favorites! I have all 4 of those, and I adore them! The bareminerals lipstick is incredible, I’m hoping to build my collection more in the future!

As much as I love Pat McGrath, all the plastic packaging and sequins really do make me cringe so thank you for mentioning that in your video. On a brighter note, the Tom Ford Eye Color Quad is stunning. I have my eye on the Suspicion and Photosynthesex palettes... Great video! Looking forward to the next one!

Thank you Candace! Given the huge backlash Glossier faced for their Glossier Play plastic packaging, I'm surprised Pat McGrath doesn't face more frequent criticism for hers. The cardboard and string she uses for some products is pretty elaborate too, so I'd love to see her swap to that completely 👍 x

3:30- I save the sequins and put them in a glass cup, vase, jar, etc to add as decor to my room. You can put them in a small vase and add fake flowers.

True, they might be handy for arts and crafts too. But a lot of people (like me) wouldn't have any use for sequins so all of the packaging goes straight in the bin 😔 x

Thank you Anastasia, glad you don't mind them being a bit longer sometimes! I genuinely love chatting to people and always want my videos to feel like a conversation, so replying to comments is one of my favourite parts of the process 😄👍 But it does take a lot of time, so I put aside at least an hour every day so they don't get out of hand and I can respond to everyone! Thanks for the question - I did always like the style of minimal makeup, I've never worn anything else. I grew up reading a lot of high fashion magazines so I think the fresh skin and very natural look of most of the models inspired me. When I had to go to my first school formal at 16 (sometimes called a prom), I wasn't drawn to the same makeup brands as other people who wanted very heavy looks, so my Mum took me to Chanel and my love affair with their products started from there! x

I usually only finish skincare, very rarely makeup (apart from products I use consistently like concealer, brow gel and mascara) because I use most makeup lightly and swap between products a lot x

The bare minerals lipstick (same formula you have here) in nutmeg is on my wishlist, a gorgeous deep browny rust color! Definitely something that reminds me of you. On my fantasy wishlist, Natasha Denona Gold Palette. On my more realistic wishlist, the milk cream bronzer in baked. They now have a mini and while I may not actually get it during the sale dates, it definitely something I’ve been eyeing. You talked about finding the milk minis to be enough for you in this video, which has me convinced that’d be the way to try it out for myself.

GRRRLLL! You’re killin’ me with all of these great product videos - and so many things I haven’t tried...yet. I’ve got a cart full waiting for the sale to hit, but I’m going to add the Pat McGrath Lip Fetish Balm in Flesh 3, and probably a Milk mini. I’ve got some Tata Harper Skincare, Laura Mercier Caviar Chrome Liquid Eyeshadow (Gorgeous and blendable! I paused this video several times and have already added the Pat McGrath lip balms and several different colours of the Sephora eyeliner into my shopping basket. Off to look at the Armani eye shadows. Thanks for the recommendations. Funny, I notice a slight tingle from the Dior lip maximiser. I also prefer the formula to the lip tattoo and balm. Might try the plumping lacquer this time and want to try the classic lipstick in 999.

Matilda I know you have already reviewed Fenty beauty but their lipglosses are amazing.Diamond milk, fu$$y and Fenty glow. They have also got a limited edition winter collection which contains 5 exclusive mini Fenty lipglosses aswell as another fu$$y. The formula is very dewy and glossy and they smell amazing! The packaging is luxe and they are also vegan! I do hope you try them maybe in a upcoming video! :) btw the style of your videos are amazing!

Once again, beautiful products. My wishlist doesn't have any sephora products on it (since the closest sephora is 2 countries away from me), but my wish list is 2 cream blushes (already purchased and gift wrapped, it's a pastel pink blush stick from kiko, and the cream blush in the plastic gem reflective packaging from Japan that you also tried), a yadah be my tint liptint(in a light, coraly color, the only lip product I have ever finished, I've wanted to rebuy it for half a year), and a Demeter fragrance. I ended up buying it for myself for my advent calender (the total actually still ended up being cheaper than if I'd bought an advent, since I probably would have bought most of the things on my wishlist anyways, so I'm definently going to do so again next year and save some money). I'm still going to buy my friends some skincare (cosrx good morning gel cleanser, a face mist) and a book, but thanks to the sales of this month, I'm almost completely finished with my Christmas shopping!

Love the video. I have my eye on the Kosas lipstick (and the lip balm) and a Nest candle or diffuser. I have also been thinking about the lilah b lip and cheek from one of your other videos, but I have so many cream blushes now thanks to you. I have the bare minerals Gen nude blush in the shade pink me up, it works great and adds a nice flush to my face, slightly matte but totally natural, I usually use my fingers no brush necessary

I’m so glad you’ve got into Bareminerals. I know you don’t wear Foundation (neither do i) but check out their Complexion Rescue Tinted Moisturiser. It’s amazing, I’ve been using it for 2 years! Just gives a healthy, light coverage glow!

I accidentally bought Jo Malone’s English Oak and Redcurrant in stead of Wood Sage and Sea Salt during the last VIB sale, but I ended up loving it so much that I kept it. So this VIB sale Im hoping to pick up the Wood Sage and Sea Salt. My favourite bareMinerals product is sadly being discontinued - the Invisible Bronze bronzing powder. Although it's a powder, I think you would have appreciated the effortless barely-there angels-blew-some-magic-dust-all-over-your-face formula.

I literally bought the same oil lip and cheek sticks from milk makeup. But with mine, the twist up mechanism stopped working for me on both sticks after a while. I just thought you should know

Tried the Nars is very good quality soft to spread , even if I find the colour range is too basic . As concerning eye shadows I wonder why cosmetic companies do not create an eye palette 🎨 with for instance all color variations of green or blu or any colour ....I would buy theme , the green pan doesn’t last me enough and I have to buy a new mixed colour palette I will never use half of the colours ....🤷‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️ Try lip maestro liquid lipstick 💄 the Giorgio Armani “Pantone “are absolutely Georgeous Thanks for delighting us with your suggestions Have a lovely Thursday Scorpio sis 💐🌷💝🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈🌸🌺

Those bare minerals blushes look lovely! I've recently been enjoying the original milk blush sticks but the glow oil ones look so interesting! Still unsure if they might be too shimmery for me. My current 'out the door' makeup routine consists of concealer and blush and I am loving it! So any and all cream blush suggestions are very welcome, love your videos. ☺️

Hey Matilda! I have a short list of some lovely lip products and a skin care product I’ve been waiting for the sale to pick up! Really looking forward to it! I wanted to pick up one of the new Tom Ford eye quads in the pretty rose golden tones but it’s out of stock. I have green eyes too and your choice of the African violet peaked my interest! This would be pretty shaded for sure on green eyes! I was imagining how I would use that quad.. so I may have to snatch that up too..I also have been eyeing the TF quad in Body Heat.

I’ve got the Milk glow oil stick in Astro and love it. I also have the mini stick of Werk. I really wish they’d release a mini of Rally and Quickie, coz I’d buy those too. I don’t want to buy the full-size either, as I don’t think I’d get through they before they expire. 💕

Glad you're enjoying the formula too Cj! I personally don't follow expiry dates (I just prioritise cleanliness, only using clean hands, not sharing products etc) but you're right, it would be tricky to use it all up in time. I'd happily buy Milk minis in every shade! 😄👏 x

Luckily you'll find LOTS of travel vlogs on my channel - there's a playlist at the bottom of my homepage ✈️👏 Editing footage from my travels was actually how I first got into videography and started my channel a long time ago! I still have a lot of footage up my sleeve from different destinations in the last couple of years, just planning what to do with all of it (and how to find more hours in the week to edit it!) x

Thank you! I never recommend products unfortunately because everyone's skin / style / budget is so different. I get asked about storage a lot but unfortunately I don't feel comfortable filming my collection - I just prefer my videos to be concise and based on a concept or theme. I don't have any fancy storage either 😂 My products are just divided up inside bathroom drawers, and thinner items are in empty candles or glass jars x
