Wow September Farm resteraunt is fantastic. Look at all the food. Cheese made on site. I like both sandwiches. The cheese curds are great I bet. Wow look at all the seating options. Couldnt get in the hammock too tall. Love the swing!!!! This is definitely a family resteraunt. Beautiful dairy farm.

When I first moved to this area they used to make the cheese on their farm the first time we went there they invited us that night to come back to listen to music in their barn very nice Family. This is a favorite lunch stop when we’re in Lancaster Co. If you visit there again, try their grilled Rueben paired with the tomato soup. Don’t know if you’ve visited Lapp Valley Farm nearby, they have two locations. One is the family dairy farm/store where they have the BEST homemade hand dipped ice cream! (New Holland, Pa) They also have a larger store/cafe with sandwiches, burgers and fried chicken along with their ice cream. (Gordonville, Pa)
This place is in our hometown area. We are from Elverson, just to the east. We watched them build and grow and love to come here. So friendly and delicious. Thank you for coming.

Both o f you work well together. I really enjoy watching all of your reviews around the Lancaster area. I never realized there were so many neat places to visit to either eat or shop. Many years ago one of my friends who worked in Lancaster told us there were so many other places to eat but we could never find them. We go to Shady Maple at least 5 times a year and from watching all of your reviews, we still think Shady Maple is the number one place to eat. But, now we have so many other places to visit. I like Capicola Ham on Pizza, Boars Head a special recipe of it for Larosa’s but, I’ve tried it cold on a sandwich, too spicy hot that way for me. I can’t say, I blame Bobbi when, it comes to cheese curds, I had boyfriend from Wisconsin and he ate them cheese curds both raw and fried. That looks like a nice clean place. Thank you both for sharing! P.S. I’d go for a pumpkin cookie or that maple walnut ice cream, maple is my flavor that trumps the others!😊
I have been to this place many times and have never been disappointed in the tomato soup is so good all the food is very good it's so nice to sit outside and just relax
Thank you for going here. My family misses the samples. You could sample all their cheeses but that stopped since 2020. They tell us that texture is a sign of a great cheese curd. I totally am with Bobby. We would visit when it was still on the farm. Love the new place.
I'm glad you discovered September Farm, it's quickly become a favorite of ours! By the way, the owners of Revere Tavern just announced they are closing the restaurant effective October 8. So sad!

We really like this place, thanks for stopping here! We used to enjoy the cheese samples but certainly understand why these were discontinued due to the pandemic. I am with Bobbie,,not a fan of the curds. We used to buy delicious pickles here as well. It is alqays extremely clean and welcoming. Next time we will have to eat here, we usually can't pass up Shady Maple though when we are out this way.
Just the fact that you saw a huge bug on John and then thought you felt one on you would keep me from eating outside. LOL! Hooray! I've been hoping you would review September Farm! It's my hands down favorite place to go when I'm in PA visiting family. The last time I was there, my sister & I went 3 times during my stay. I have Celiac Disease, and the staff has always been so helpful letting me know which items are gluten free. The Honeybrooker turkey sandwich on gluten free bread, the ham & bean soup, & the coconut ice cream are my favorites! You can't go wrong with any of their cheese, especially the dill variety. They even had gluten free whoopie pies which were delicious! Love the shop for souvenirs; purchased my favorite insulated bag there, as well. Love your channel...thanks for reviewing my favorite place!

I love squeaky cheese! I've never had them fried, maybe that's why they did squeak, Last time I had fresh cheese curds I was visiting Wisconsin and they were fresh and squeaky! I can tell you, when I've bought cheese curds where I live in the west they don't squeak. They must be fresh and cold.

Thanks for the review. September Farm was right near my drive home from work along 322 everyday while turning on 10 toward Morgantown. I never stopped in because I just wanted to get home after work. I wondered if they sold poutine. BTW, my in-laws are now headed back from a weeks vacation in Sevierville, TN. They went to at least 6 of your restaurant suggestions. 👏👏👏Bush’s Beans, Elvira’s Cafe, Applewood Farmhouse, Trotter’s Whole Hog BBQ, Apple Barn Cider Bar, etc.
Cheese Curds are very big in Wisconsin. As you know we are called the Dairy state. I absolutely love your videos. Do you know Will and Dawn from Yankee in the South? Have you ever thought about coming to Wisconsin? I wish you safe travels and God Speed.
John and Bobby. I wanted to tell you about a county fair in Ephrata PA which is in Lancaster County. I've never attended, but they do have a Facebook page and a web site. i noticed this year they had an Elvis impersonator. It appears to be they have alot going on. You may want to check it out next year.
Clearly, I"m not a picky eater but sandwhices are legit one of my most favorite things. There's never a time when eating sandwiches are not a good idea and both of those looked amazing!!!!

I have been coming here since it was a little hole in the wall. Great to see they keep expanding. It has been a year from my last visit and I can see things that have been added which is great to see. 100% can recommend the Honey Brooker as that is my go to sandwich when I come here. My wife loves the cheese curds fried or other wise. At least once a year I will drive 3hrs one way just to get those cheese tarts!
I don't know who you are but I can guarantee one thing and that is that you have not been coming here since it was a hole on the wall Because this place was never a hole in the wall it was built brand new from the ground up and it's been what you see ever since the date that it opened!!! you are incorrect and my fear is that it is intentional which leads me to believe you're probably part of the competition in the area who's business is withering as a result of this absolutely awesome place. ask me how I know your lying!!!??
@@ALIASJOHNNYPREPP I was referencing back before the current building was put up. Back before 2013 when September Farms was still just a one room store on the farm itself. It has grown a lot from those days.
We haven’t been to September Farm in a while! It’s really expanded a lot. What’s good about it too, for us, is it’s pretty close to the highway for us heading home so great last stop. Thanks for the awesome video as always!
What I understand is that cheese curds is a side product of cheese, it's not cheese. So I agree with Bobby. I'm from the Netherlands, so I know I'm spoiled with lots of tasty cheeses. I've tried the cheese curds when I was in the US last year, my sweetie who is Anerican absolutely loves them, I wont say a dislike them, it'd just not cheese, I also think they're very chewy, and I hardly tasted anything. But like I've said, I'm spoiled with Dutch cheeses all my life 😊😉 The bakery and store looks great, I would buy myself poor there mnomnomnomnom
As always, nicely done guys. Yea, the closest we have to a place like this in South Florida is Culvers. They're Wisconsin based and the cheese curds are out of this world. That Chicken Hoagie looked delicious; it gives me ideas for creating my own at home. I'm not a fan of cheese curds, lots of people call it squeaky cheese because of the squishing noise they make when you bite into them. The bakery looked like it was filled with some delicious items, I'd have a hard time controlling myself there. Thanks for taking us along on your adventure.
