Another hint on using your new blue mascara-1st coat your lashes with your favorite lengthening & thickening mascara, then top them off with a light coat of the blue. Hope this helps!

I actually ended up buying the new Tarte Maneater After Dark palette bc of your review video! I didn't even know it existed until then, but I went out the next day and bought it. We went to our local Johnny Appleseed Festival last weekend for our yearly apple picking, pumpkin patch picking, hayride and cider making to take home. Full fall mode of making apple everything and pumpkin everything to eat.
I'm glad that I'm not the only one who is underwhelmed with The Highlighter. I have it in Staggering and thought it would be so pretty. Had I not gotten it with my Ulta points, I'd have taken it back.
Girl, you made me think about adding that Tarte product to my ELF concealer. Even though I have the hydrating one, I still want to thin it out w something. Love that Tarte stuff. Yeah, I’m buying the larger size then too.
I had the same issue with the Colourpop graphix liners too! The white one was TERRIBLE!! I mean like, chunky watery mess. I contacted Colourpop and the refunded me for that color. But the brown, green and wine ones work fine :) not my favorite liners definitely. Now if NYX came out with more colors in their epic ink line, I’d be SOLD!
I cannot agree more about the new Tarte eyeshadow palette. It is stunning. I wear it almost every day since I purchased it and I think the black shadow is the easiest black shadow to date I have ever had that blends like a dream on my eyes. Great video as always, I’m really interested in the Tarte pallet and the mascara, so it was nice seeing how you’ve been getting along with them! Well it’s fall in Alberta Canada but the temp was 85 yesterday so as a farmer/nurse I’m loving it as I love summer and really don’t like winter!! We are going to the pumpkin patch and the corn maze this weekend so that’s fun! I’ve been loving the face wash by ordinary along with a few of their skin care products!! I am so sad about the CP liquid eyeliners. The same product in the Star Wars collection are amazing!!! I was hoping to get more colors but will just enjoy the blue and brown that came with that collection.

Tate has really caught my attention with the new releases. I want so many things they just released. I wish they weren’t so expensive. If you have coloured mascara that's not showing up on your lashes as well as you would like use a white or light colour lash primer first. It'll also help with making your lashes thicker and longer as a lot of more colourful mascaras don't seem to do much for lashes in the way of building them. Another thing you could try is using liquid eyeshadow as mascara! Check out a video from Alexandra Anele "DIY Colourful Mascara". She used an About Face fluid eye paint! It seems like a good idea to have a product you can use as an eye base, eyeshadow and liner as well as a mascara because there's less chance of it going to waste when you aren't wearing colourful mascara daily! There are a couple of shades I think would make lovely mascaras including a dark green, purple and vivid blue! Xx

I picked up a colorpop mascara in burgundy and it sucked. Then I picked up green and burgundy l'oreal mascaras and THEY were awful. I would be tempted to try a navy blue (dark, not bright) on lower lashes, but I'd have to hear from someone that it's worth the coin. As usual, great video!
I hate the Beauty Bakery Flour setting powder because the sifter fell out and I was covered in it! BOL I was getting ready to go for my weekly nerve blocke4 shots (about 25 or more). I had it on my loved vanity. LOL My boyfriend was laughing because the first time I was able to not lose much. However when it happened again I tossed it in my Makeup Pergatory drawer. 😄 🤣

I have that pink essence highlighter you don't like and I am also not impressed with it but not in same way as you. To me it just doesn't do much too light or something I have to layer it to get color.
I have 2 of the highlighters from essence and I really like them. The 2 I have have absolutely NO glitter in them though! Imgoing to compare the shades I have to yours and I'll be back!
I picked up that highlighter from essence and it's working fine for me, but I don't apply a lot of it on my face, just a tiny bit because it's really strong. I use the fan-shaped brush, slightly tap into the pan and then lightly apply on my cheeks.
We had colored mascaras back in the 80's. I gotta be honest, I didn't like them then, and I still don't. To me it just looks odd. Well, on me at least.
@@AndreaMatillano Exactly! I tried several back in the day, and in particular, a bright royal blue that I fell in love with. But I tried many times to get used to the way it looked and I couldn't. It looked like it didn't belong there. Could be that we are just so used to using black (or brown - I do like brown), that we can't get passed how different it looks.
